Change.gov

President-elect Obama has created a Change.gov web site where you can follow the transition and even apply for a job in the new administration. This is evidently part of the promise made during the campaign to open up the government. This will be interesting to follow.

This could be highly useful -- but perhaps it could also be a way of institutionalizing the permanent campaign.
